Along with any training that CEI provides comes technical assistance. The training received does not stop in the classroom. CEI offers live classroom training and online training in both English and Spanish. CEI offers management and construction training for every aspect of the construction industry. Our classes include estimating, scheduling, office operations, Davis Bacon, and much more. CEI can also assist DBEs with certification applications.
CEI can also assist with any bonding and financing needed. We work with lenders and sureties familiar with the construction industry, willing to help DBEs obtain bonding and financing.
